Fixed Fee Change Requests

Please note: Freedom Internet requires a minimum of 10 rooms for your site to qualify for our Platinum rates. Please contact your Account Manager with any questions regarding your commercial arrangement where you may fall below the minimum thresholds.

We require a minimum of 10 working days’ notice before the end of the month before we can remove plans from your billing. Upon approval, room removals will take effect on the 1st of the following month. Any changes submitted after this time will be processed in the following month.

Room additions will be effective from the date requested.
